SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY AREA
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

SHIPPING TIME
All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Shenzhen or Hong Kong, China via 4PX.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- United States, Canada, European Union: 12–25 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 18–25 business days
Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs inspection.

SHIPPING COST
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For United States orders, import duties are included in the price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties and taxes (if any) are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.

ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after dispatch.
You can track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and written in English.
If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it or issue a refund (original shipping fees excluded).

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

MILITARY ADDRESSES
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
