RETURNS
We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at kumismartwatch@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fee will be charged.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video, and we will offer a replacement or full refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, please return it following the steps above. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–7] business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but may be returned under this policy.
